DApp Terms of Use Agreement

Dear Users,

Thank you for using UXUY's DApp service. The DApp Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding contract between you and UXUY Service (the "Company").

The Company specially reminds you to carefully read the Agreement, especially the terms of "Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability" herein, to ensure that you have fully understood all the terms herein and independently taken into account all risks while using the DApp service.

I. DApp Service​

  1. DApps Listing: UXUY lists DApps according to their market popularity. Meanwhile, it collects DApp-related information as much as possible to help you decide whether you would use that DApp.

  2. DApp Display: To make it convenient for you to find what you want, UXUY classifies and displays DApps according to dimensions such as type, popularity, category, and mainnet.

  3. Browsing History: UXUY leaves records about your browsing history on your device. You can search your browsing history. The Company does not upload any of your records.

  4. Search: You can search for the name or keyword of a DApp to find it.

  5. DApp Details: To help you learn more about a DApp, UXUY displays its developer information and contract information in its detail page.

  6. Risk Warnings: A DApp page is completely subject to the development team, and UXUY App simply works as a browser. The development team can modify its DApp page without the prior consent of the Company.

II. While Using the Above Service of the Company, You Should Understand and Accept That​

  1. Since the blockchain network is decentralized, the Company offers decentralized service, which means that all the data is from the blockchain and your assets are on the blockchain, instead of controlled by the Company. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed.

  2. For DApps, UXUY App simply works as a browser. The development team of a DApp can modify its page arbitrarily. Please make sure that you have sufficient understanding and knowledge of a DApp before using it to avoid uninformed trading.

  3. UXUY does not endorse any DApp, but simply lists it. Listing a DApp does not constitute investment advice. UXUY collects objective information as much as possible to help you decide whether to continue using a DApp.

  4. All gas fees incurred during the trading process are paid to the blockchain miners without being handled by the Company. Once a transaction is started, gas fees will be deducted accordingly and automatically no matter whether such transaction is completed or not.

III. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability​

  1. You understand and agree that the Company offers you service with its existing technical skills and conditions to the fullest extent permitted by the law and that the Company does not assume liability for service failure due to the following reasons:

    1) Shutdown maintenance or upgrade of UXUY system;

    2) Failure or sync anomaly of UXUY blockchain nodes;

    3) Force majeure such as typhoons, earthquakes, and floods;

    4) Your device or network failure;

    5) Your misoperation or use of UXUY service by the methods not authorized or recognized by the Company;

    6) Reasons such as Trojan horse viruses, malware attacks, network congestion, system instability, equipment failure, communication failure, power failure, and bank or government behaviors;

    7) Any other reasons not caused by the Company.

  2. The Company does not assume liability for any of the following circumstances:

    1) The tokens/coins you buy cannot be sold because they are counterfeit;

    2) Your tokens/coins cannot be sold because of a rug pull;

    3) Your tokens/coins cannot be sold or the amount of your tokens/coins is decreased due to the loopholes of the smart contract;

    4) You suffer a monetary loss due to a spread caused by the coin price fluctuations;

    5) You suffer an asset loss due to your misoperation;

    6) You suffer a monetary loss due to the lack of understanding of the decentralized trading rules.

IV. Miscellaneous​

  1. You should comprehensively understand and comply with all the laws, regulations, and rules of your jurisdiction and those related to the use of service.

  2. If you have any questions during the process of using our service, please write to us at legal@uxuy.com.

  3. The Agreement comes into force the moment the DApp service is launched.
