Getting Started

Download and Registration​

Please download UXUY only through the official UXUY website or verified app store pages, and avoid installation links shared through unofficial channels.

Create an Account​

UXUY supports the following sign-in methods:

  • Apple ID
  • Google account
  • Email verification code

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete account creation and enter the UXUY App.

Security Notice
  • Confirm that you are visiting an official UXUY domain or the official app.
  • Never disclose verification codes, private keys, recovery phrases or account recovery information to anyone.
  • UXUY official support will never ask users to transfer assets to unfamiliar addresses.

Deposits and Withdrawals​

Deposit Assets​

  1. Open UXUY and go to the [Assets] or [Funds] page.
  2. Select [Deposit].
  3. Select the asset and network you want to deposit.
  4. Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code.
  5. Transfer assets to that address from an external wallet or trading platform.
Important

Always confirm that the asset and network selected on UXUY exactly match those on the sending platform. Depositing via an unsupported network may cause delays in crediting, or even result in assets that cannot be recovered.

Withdraw Assets​

  1. Open UXUY and go to the [Assets] or [Funds] page.
  2. Select [Withdraw].
  3. Select the asset and network you want to withdraw.
  4. Enter the receiving address and withdrawal amount.
  5. Confirm that the network, fees and receiving address are correct, then submit.

Withdrawal availability, processing times and applicable fees may vary by asset and network.

Complete Your First Trade​

  1. Deposit a supported asset into your UXUY account.
  2. Go to the [Trade] page.
  3. Select the market or asset you want to trade.
  4. Enter the trade amount.
  5. Review the estimated execution price, fees, slippage and execution route.
  6. Confirm and submit the trade.
  7. Check the result in your order history or onchain transaction records.
