FAQ

Do I Need to Hold a Network's Native Gas Token to Use UXUY

Eligible transactions can use the UXUY GasLess experience. Whether it applies depends on the network, asset, transaction amount and product conditions displayed on the page. See GasLess Rules for details.

Why Does the Actual Execution Price Differ from the Estimate

Market volatility, liquidity, slippage, routing changes, partial fills and network conditions can all cause the final execution price to differ from the estimate.

Why Was My Perpetual Contract Position Liquidated

When account margin is insufficient to meet the Maintenance Margin requirement, a position may be liquidated. Leverage, unrealized losses, funding costs, fees and Risk Tier changes can all affect liquidation risk. See Margin and Liquidation for details.

Why Does the Liquidation Price Shown on the Page Change

The Liquidation Price may change after you adjust a position, when fees are deducted, when funding is settled, when you change leverage, or when the applicable Risk Tier changes.

What Should I Do After Depositing via the Wrong Network

Do not immediately resubmit the transfer. First save the transaction hash and seek help through official UXUY support. If the network and situation are supported, you can also use the official Asset Recovery tool.

Which Should I Rely On When the Documentation and the App Differ

Rely on the parameters and confirmation details displayed in real time in the UXUY product interface. When product rules change, the related documentation should be updated accordingly.
